South Africa’s most celebrated voices will unite on one stage as Zonke Dikana, Sjava, Mandisi Dyantyis, The Soil and Tbose lead the 2025 edition of Soul By The River, taking place on Saturday, 13 December 2025 at Dickinson Park in Vereeniging. 

This powerful lineup positions the event as one of Gauteng’s most compelling year-end gatherings for lovers of soulful, contemporary South African music.

The event returns to the banks of the Vaal River at the height of the festive season, bringing together thousands of fans for a full-day cultural and lifestyle experience. With summer in full swing and holiday energy building across the province, Soul By The River offers a riverside escape anchored in world-class performances, community spirit and a vibrant celebration of South African artistry.

Alongside the headliners, an impressive roster of national and local musicians and DJs will deliver a seamless blend of live bands, soulful sets and contemporary sounds from morning to midnight. The natural atmosphere of the Vaal River amplifies the festival’s intimate yet electric feel, making it one of Gauteng’s most anticipated cultural events.
